Our products are dispatched on our behalf by third-party warehouses and fulfilment partners (a fulfilment / dropshipping model). This means items may ship from a local or regional warehouse, and the partner handles packing and dispatch. We remain your point of contact for all returns, refunds, and warranty matters - please always contact us first rather than the warehouse.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Jetnix Pro for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price, subject to the condition requirements below.

How to Start a Return
To start a return under the 30-day guarantee, please contact our support team before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Your Jetnix Pro is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including batteries that lose capacity over time through ordinary use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, dropping, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, or use outside the product instructions.
- Damage from improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or use of incompatible accessories.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.

Non-Returnable Items
